The brief: To produce and install a facsimile copy of the artist Michael Landy’s family home. It was to be built in authentic materials, but sliced in half along the roof line. This was so that internally projected films could be projected on to screens incorporated into the cut surface. Two hundred significant specified details were incorporated into the surface of the house.
